CoCo Systems Ltd. (t/a FreeYourNet) takes your privacy seriously. We collect and use personal data only as it might be needed for us to deliver our products and services to you. Your personal data includes information such as:
- Contact details.
- Product serial numbers and other licence details for products we have sold to you (either directly or via our authorised partners), or when you register purchases with us.
- Detailed case notes of any IT support or consultancy services we provide to you.
We collect this information so that we can provide the best possible efficiency and continuity of service to you. Much of what you likely consider personal data is collected directly from you when you:

- Complete contact forms or request other information from us (eg: e-mail address);
We strive to minimise the data we collect and limit its use to only that which we need to best deliver and improve our products and services, or as we might be required or permitted for legal compliance or other lawful purposes.
We do not, and do not intend to, sell your data to any third parties. We may share some of your personal data with trusted commercial partners as appropriate and necessary for them to perform services on our behalf, such as processing credit card payments, or to better provide you with local support in your own country where we have existing arrangements in place with national agents acting on our behalf.
We may also contact you directly or through a third party service provider by email, phone or SMS (text message) regarding products or services you have signed up to or purchased from us, such as necessary to deliver service related communications. We may also contact you with offers for additional services we think you’ll find valuable, but only if you give us consent. You don’t need to provide consent as a condition to purchase our goods or services.
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and, where appropriate, private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose information we hold about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process, to protect our property and rights or the property and rights of a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we consider to be illegal or unethical.
To the extent we are legally permitted to do so, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in the event that we are required to provide your personal information to third parties as part of legal process.
We follow generally accepted standards to store and protect the personal data we collect, both during transmission and once received and stored, including utilisation of encryption where appropriate.
If you wish to access, update or delete your data please make your request to us at email@example.com, or by other means as described in our Contact page. If you make a request to delete your personal data, the request will be honoured only to the extent it is (1) no longer necessary for any services purchased and (2) no longer required for our legitimate business purposes or legal or contractual record keeping requirements.
