free of charge*. This takes
the form of an informal, yet detailed interview we conduct with
you at your home to assess your IT issues and needs, and to
introduce us and our services to you. When granted, the free
assessment is offered without obligation on your part, but any
subsequent work we do for you will be chargeable on either a
time and materials or fixed fee basis, according to the nature
of the work to be performed.
